Introduction to firmware upgrade
1. Matters needing attention
1.1 Please be careful not to power off the device during the upgrade process.
1.2 It is recommended not to connect HDMI signal to transmit video when upgrading, which will affect the speed of upgrading.
2. Hardware version
2.1 There are two hardware versions of AVC-2K series products, namely AVC2K-V1.X.X.X and AVC2K-V2.X.X.X. Please note: AVC2K-V1.X.X.X can only be upgraded using the upgrade package "AVC2K-V1.X.X.X.dat". AVC2K-V2.X.X.X can only be upgraded using the "AVC2K-V2.X.X.X.dat" upgrade package.
2.2 There are two hardware versions of ED-2K series products, namely ED2K-V1.X.X.X and ED2K-V2.X.X.X. Please note: ED2K-V1.X.X.X can only be upgraded using the upgrade package "ED2K-V1.X.X.X.dat". ED2K-V2.X.X.X can only be upgraded using the "ED2K-V2.X.X.X.dat" upgrade package.
2.3 There are two hardware versions of HEV-4K series products, namely HEV4K-V1.X.X.X and HEV4K-V2.X.X.X. Please note: HEV4K-V1.X.X.X can only be upgraded using the upgrade package "HEV4K-V1.X.X.X.dat". HEV4K-V2.X.X.X can only be upgraded using the "HEV4K-V2.X.X.X.dat" upgrade package.
